To confirm booking, payment is taken on booking using bank transfer within 12 hours of booking.

Cancellations

Refunds can be given up to 48hours prior to the booking, which means no refunds can be given with less notice.

No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment.

This includes Gift Vouchers.

Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is not suitable for people who have a pacemaker, pregnant or severe mental health issues. Please check with your GP about using sound therapy to complement your medical treatment (if any).

Cacao Ceremony

Whilst Cacao is safe to drink, there are a few contraindications to be aware of.

If you are on MAOI based antidepressants, cacao naturally contains tyramine which is contraindicative of your medication.

Cacao is not suitable for anyone who has a serious heart condition, low blood pressure, or on blood thinning medication.

Cacao is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

The Cacao provided is made up of 100% ceremonial cacao, water and oat milk.

If you have any allergies please inform me up to 48 hours before the ceremony is due.

The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility.

Yoga Class

Participation in our yoga classes at HyggeB Chesterfield is at your own risk. Please be aware that yoga involves physical movement, which may pose a risk of injury. It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or concerns.

By attending our classes, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. Inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations, or concerns you may have prior to the start of the class. Modifications for poses will be provided to ensure that everyone can participate safely.

Hannah at HyggeB Chesterfield is not liable for any injuries that may occur during class or as a result of this practice. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

Online Sound Bath

By participating in this online sound bath, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: The sound bath sessions provided are for relaxation and personal well-being only. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Individual Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health and safety while participating in the session. Ensure you are in a comfortable and secure environment, free from any potential hazards.

3. Listen to Your Body: Throughout the session, please listen to your body. If at any point you feel discomfort or distress, you are encouraged to stop the session and seek medical attention if necessary.

4. Effect on Mental Health: Sound therapy may evoke a range of emotional responses. If you have a history of mental health issues or sensitivity to sound, please consider consulting with a mental health professional prior to participating.

5. Technical Issues: HyggeB Chesterfield is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may occur during the online session. Please ensure your equipment is functioning correctly prior to joining. for example WIFI, internet connection and device.

6. Recording Disclaimer: Please be aware that sessions may be recorded for promotional purposes. Your participation implies consent to the recording.

Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued. Please safeguard your purchase.

Bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The voucher must be presented at the time of booking and on arrival for treatment, class, or event.

Any remaining balance on the voucher will be forfeited after the expiry date.

Multiple vouchers can be used for a single transaction, unless otherwise stated.

HyggeB Chesterfield reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Membership

Yoga Membership Disclaimer

By purchasing a monthly membership with HyggeB Chesterfield, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Your monthly membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to our cancellation policy, which requires notice to be given at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

Class Availability: Class schedules and availability are subject to change. While we aim to provide consistent service, we reserve the right to alter class times or instructors as necessary.

One-time Fees: Any initiation or registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. In cases of illness or injury, members may request a temporary freeze on their membership, subject to review and approval.

Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in cancellation of membership without refund.
